The Power of Facilitation for Successful EBP Implementation
In this workshop, you will learn principles of behavior change, motivational interviewing as an approach to motivating change, and communication when working with healthcare teams to facilitate a practice change. Participants will gain knowledge and skills on implementation facilitation as an evidence-based strategy to stimulate active engagement in evidence-based practice changes among interdisciplinary teams in a variety of practice settings. This program offers professional development contact hours for nursing , for social work and for chemical dependency professionals.

If you are participating in the virtual program, you will also need a high-speed internet connection with 100 mbps download speed and 100 mbps upload speed, a webcam, a microphone and the Zoom application/add-in. A printer is recommended if you like to read articles as hard copies.
