Summit Day 1 - Thursday, September 16, 2021

Circuit Training
with Catherine Graham Robertson, DPT, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and WERQ Dance Fitness Instructor
This 30 minute interval session requires no equipment. A brief warm-up and cool-down are included and lower intensity modifications are demonstrated throughout the workout.
Qi Gong
with Diane L. Brogan-Habash, PhD, MS, RDN, LD
Certified in Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi, Associate Clinical Professor, Department of Family & Community Medicine, College of Medicine and Associate Director of Education, OSU Center for Integrative Medicine
Qigong (pronounced che-gung) means “energy work” – releasing stagnant chi (life energy) so that energy flows more freely through the human body-mind system using posture, easy movements, breath-work, self-massage, sound, and focused intent to advance self-awareness and healing. This 30 minute practice can be done in loose clothing and bare or stocking feet, although shoes are helpful for challenges in balance and stability.
