Interested in earning your own EBP certificate of added qualification?
The Helene Fuld Health Trust National Institute for Evidence-based Practice in Nursing and Healthcare is approved by the Accreditation Board for Specialty Nursing Certification (ABSNC) to offer an EBP Certificate (EBP-C), certificate of added qualification (CAQ) to qualified health professionals who work in practice or education.
This certificate of added qualification recognizes demonstrated expertise in EBP and denotes that the successful applicant has completed the required education component. Applicants will need to provide documentation of advanced intensive continuing education or graduate study in EBP.
Successful completion grants you the EBP certificate of added qualification for a period of five years.
Applicants will need to satisfy three components to earn the EBP-C:

Component 1: Demonstrated completion of EBP coursework (within the last five years)

Component 2: Demonstrated current status of EBP knowledge through content review and successful testing

Component 3: Submission of a portfolio for review that shows an EBP practice change project

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The price is a two-part fee. An initial fee of $200 allows submission of registration and educational content for component one. Upon educational content acceptance, successful candidates will be prompted to pay the balance before component two is made available.
